Refund Policy

MoveFantastic reports are custom research products prepared for a specific destination city. This policy explains when refunds, corrections, or re-delivery may be available.

Before work begins

If you contact us before research and report preparation begins, we can usually cancel and refund the order.

If you ordered the wrong city or used the wrong email address, contact [email protected] as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before delivery.

After report preparation begins

Because reports are custom digital products, completed and in-progress orders are generally not refundable once report preparation has started.

If there is a delivery problem, file-access issue, duplicate charge, or clear production error, we will work to fix it. Depending on the issue, that may mean re-sending the report, correcting the file, preparing a replacement, or issuing a partial or full refund.

Data limits are not defects

Some cities have thinner public data than others. A report is not considered defective simply because certain local facts require address-level, district, county, regional, or professional follow-up.

Reports should disclose meaningful limitations instead of inventing detail. If you believe a report used the wrong scope, wrong city, or materially incorrect data, contact us and we will review it.

Refund decisions are handled case by case. We try to be fair, practical, and fast, especially when the issue is caused by a payment, delivery, or report-production problem.
