When you place an order, we collect information needed to process payment, prepare the report, and deliver it. This may include your email address, name if provided, destination city, selected report package or add-ons, checkout identifiers, and order status.

If you submit feedback, we may collect your rating, comments, quote permission, and the email or order information needed to connect the feedback to the delivered report.

Payments are processed by Stripe. MoveFantastic does not store your full card number. Stripe may provide us with payment status, receipt, customer, and checkout-session information needed to fulfill the order and handle support questions.

We use order information to prepare reports, run quality checks, send processing and delivery emails, provide download links, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

After delivery, customers may receive one short feedback request. That is the last email we send unless you contact us or place another order.

We use service providers for checkout, email delivery, hosting, database storage, report generation, analytics or diagnostics, and source-data collection. These providers process information only as needed to support MoveFantastic operations.

Delivered reports may be available through private links or files. Do not share private report links with people who should not access the report.

We retain order, delivery, and report records as needed for customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, product quality, and business operations. We may delete or archive older materials when they are no longer needed.

You can use the Do Not Share page at /do-not-share to turn off MoveFantastic analytics and advertising pixels in this browser.

You can request help with an order, ask us to remove you from feedback-request emails, or ask a privacy question by emailing [email protected].

Some information may need to be retained for payment records, legal compliance, security, or dispute handling.
